Application for membership of SAAD must be made using the form below. Full details of the application process are listed on the forms.

• The subscription year runs from 1st January to 31st December.
• Current subscription fees for 2007 are set out in the table below:

• Subscriptions for the first year of membership should be paid by cheque. Following years should preferably be paid by Direct Debit or alternatively by credit card or cheque.
