SAAD provides specialised courses for a number of institutions throughout the UK and abroad. Typically hospitals or Health Authorities need one or two day courses for a number of staff where sending participants to a National course would be more expensive or provide less directed teaching for their needs. The society provides both sedation and resuscitation courses for specific needs as long as good notice is given and dates can be agreed.

Geographical location is not a problem. SAAD has run lectures and courses in Orkney, Jersey, Lancashire, Suffolk, Devon, Australia and Zimbabwe to mention a few!
